He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cook (Hannah); his children, Leslie Warren (Eddie) of Palmyra, Angi Turner-Parker (Kevin) of Sellersburg, Shane Hargis (Andrea) of Salem and Cassidy Marion (Tasha) of Paoli; his brothers, Ronnie Renfro of Underwood and Bruce Leffler of Georgia; his grandchildren, Jonathan Caldwell, Hannah Herron, David McCormick Jr., Seth Warren, Bradey, Halle, Niles Hargis, Gavin, Cherish and Mariah Marion; his great grandchild Luna Herron; and also, Jade Bryant, Logan, Owen Hughes, Brandon Ault, Isaiah and Lilly Webb.
