Though Delia Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Delia Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Litherland and Lora Litherland (Slatton); and her husband Ralph Ritter. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Billingsley and Chris Ritter; her grandson Eli Billingsley (Kierstin); her son Brian Ritter; her grandson Justin Wilkin; and her siblings, Royce Litherland and Jo Etta Litherland.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel (620 E Viola Ave, Washington, IN 47501). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Plainville Cemetery.
