He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Phillips. He is survived by: his father Don Phillips of Washington; his brother James Graber (Laura) of Montgomery; his aunt Martha Fuson of Washington; his pet Bandy; and his siblings, Victor Grubb, Jr., Dennis Phillips, Charles Pierce and Nancy Goodwin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
He died due to COVID complications.
