He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Tash and Ruth L. Tash (Purlee); and his sister Linda Charles. He is survived by: his wife Martha M. Tash (Bowling); his children, Jo Dee Stephens (Johnny), Jeanie Naugle of Salem, Jamie Brough (Chad) of Omaha, Nebraska and Jimmy Tash of Salem; and his sister Glenda Burton of Seymour. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
