She is survived by: her daughters, Selah Ann and Lilah Jeannette; her great-grandparents, Jean Southerland and Dot Dorthy Morgan; her significant other Jonathan Daniel Smith of Washington; her grandchild Selah Ann; her parents, Jarrod Douglas and Amy Douglas of Central City, Kentucky.; her sister Amberlynn Douglas of Central City; her cousin Jordan Douglas of Midland, Kentucky.; her grandparents, Diane Morgan of Greenville, Kentucky., Steve and Brenda Southerland of Russellville, Kentucky.; her aunt Ashley Jared Southerland (Ashley) of Greenville, Kentucky.; her grandfather John Southerland of Russellville, KY.; her parents-in-law, Mark and Jeannine Smith of Otwell, Indiana.; her brothers, Chad Smith (Shannon), Caleb Smith (Amanda) and Josh Smith (Lacey); her nieces and nephews, Kianna Brielle, Adalyn Claire, Zane David, Paxton Elliott, Henry William, Lynley Jean, Uriah Paul and Thea Marie; and her pets, Bucky and Honey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Sugarland Memory Gardens Center (4334 IN-57, Washington, IN 47501).
