He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Hay and Patricia "Patty" Hay (Lynch). He is survived by: his half-siblings, James "Jimmy" Hay of Washington, IN and Lisa Tindall of Shepherdsville, KY; his cousins, Jessica Medeiros of Indianapolis, Claudia Whitcraft of Lebanon and Ronnie Lynch of Brownsburg; his uncle Mike; and his aunt Rhonda Lynch of Brownsburg. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
