He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Burchett and Nell Burchett (Roberts); and his daughter Katie Jo. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burchett; and his children, Christopher Burchett, W. Joseph Burchett (Shonda) and Suzanne Bechtold (Byron). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
