He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flannery and Janette Flannery (Crider); his brothers, Marion and Phillip Flannery; and his former wife Delores Gail Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Flannery of Warsaw; his daughters, Janice Flannery of Prestonsburg, KY and Heather Conley of Prestonsburg, KY; his granddaughter Kennedy Watkins; his sister Ann Davis of Prestonsburg, KY; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Shipley and Tim Shipley; his niece Tiffany Taylor; and his nephew Jay Shipley. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
