He is survived by: his wife Diann Spry; his sons, Roy Slaymaker and Sam Slaymaker (Carol); his grandchildren, Andrew Slaymaker (Kimberly), Brittney Brosman (Craig), Nicole Slaymaker and Jennifer Slaymaker; his great grandchildren, Avery Slaymaker and Harper Brosman; and his siblings, Wilbur Slaymaker (Carol) and Dorothy Mitterling.
