He is survived by: his son Daniel Millslagle (Katie) of Morton, IL; and his siblings, Carol Mast (Clifford) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Ellen Daugherty of Scottsdale, PA, Glenn Millslagle (Joyce) of Scottsdale, PA, Charles Millslagle (Pat) of Elkhart, IN, Keith Millslagle (Amanda) of Mt. Juliet, IL and Kenneth Millslagle (Debbie) of Scottsdale, PA. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
