She is survived by: her children, Charles Howard (Samantha) of Silver Lake and Holly (David); her grandchildren, Ean Howard (Julie), Aric Howard (Emily), Ryanne Ousley and Karrie Ousley; her great grandchildren, Mavrick and Beatrix; her siblings, Dale Bolinger and Melodie Thomas; and her friends, Robin, Jim and Irene of Miller's Merry Manor.
