She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sr. Perkins and Emma Jean Perkins (Layne). She is survived by: her husband Donald Caudill Sr.; her children, Kimberly Kline (Steve), Donald Jr. Caudill (Kimberly) of Warsaw and Phillip Sr. Caudill (Aminta) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Dereck, Nicholas, Phillip Jr., Jordan Caudill and Brooke Unruh (Brent); her great grandchildren, Emma Jean Unruh, Macie Unruh and Emberleigh; and her siblings, Ralph Jr. Perkins (Kathy) of Warsaw, John Perkins Sr. (Rhonda) of Warsaw, Kevin Perkins (Kelli) of Warsaw, Jackie Driscoll (John) of Warsaw, Donna Burkett (Glenn) of Warsaw and Lisa Chaplin of Warsaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels (2290 Provident Ct, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
