He was predeceased by: his father Gary Dean Kennedy. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Altherr (Collyear); his sisters, Kathryn Airgood (Paul), Courtney Holtzman (Jon), Jennifer Kennedy Lee (Josh) and Ashleigh Altherr Smith (Todd); his nieces and nephews, Whitney Woods, Paige Woods (Matt Cuzzort), Jackson Holtzman, William Holtzman, Carter Holtzman, Avery Smith and Brennen Smith; his great-aunt Cheryl Nettrouer (Keith); and his close friend Sharon Smith.
