She was predeceased by: her grandmother Shirley Miller. She is survived by: her parents, Lisa Leann Jackson (Boicourt) of Warsaw, IN and Thomas Ray Clemons; her beautiful little girls, Rayann, Maggie and Kailee; her close friend Jesse Manns of Warsaw; and her sister Sheli Clemons of Ft. Wayne, IN.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home (225 Argonne Rd, Warsaw, IN 46580). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
