He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Warren and Roberta Warren (Atkins); and his sister Cheryl Ensign. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Butler Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Polly Smith (Lloyd) of New York, Neil Ensign of Hobart, Indiana and Michael Butler (Cindy) of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews and a large extended family.
