He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leslie Teddy Fonk and Eleanor Roth (Burkhardt); his fiancé Stacey Boettcher of Warsaw; his daughters, Leslie Fonk of Kenosha, WI, Tracy Fonk of Sevierville, TN and Kelly Fonk of Gurnee, IL; his grandchildren, Brandon Ritter, Amber Weaver (Jeremy), Mandy Kolodziej, Kole Kamine, Dallis Kamine and Trystan "Jewel" Fonk-Varner; and his stepchildren, Ashley Cashmore and Brandon Fonk. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
