She was predeceased by: her brother Legend Horn. She is survived by: her parents, Drew A. Horn and Ashley Busenburg; her grandparents, Paula Wood, Andy Horn, Lori Busenburg and Troy Busenburg; her great-grandparents, Patricia Freeman, Chuck Freeman, Linda Wolfe, Fred Horn, David Busenburg (Sheila) and John Gray (Debbie); her great-great-grandparent Shriley Gray; and her siblings, Michael Swihart and Parker Horn.
