She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joann, Robert Bernthal, Richard Coughlin and Sharon Klepach. She is survived by: her parents, Shannon Crites and Dawn Crites of North Webster; and her brother Shawn Crites (Meaghan) of Washington.
