He is survived by: his father Richard Collins; his children, Kyler Surface of Claypool, Alexus (Gabriela), Micah of Warsaw and Kaydence (Shawn Jr.); his fiancée Tiffany Marroquin of Warsaw; his siblings, Brian Eugene Coon (Tammy) of Warsaw, Chandler Collins and Martha Collins; his stepfather Jeff Trump of Warsaw; his nephew Anthony of Warsaw; and his pet Letty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
