She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Emma Ringle (Shelton) and Marvin Emery Ringle; her husband William Robert Bornes; and her sons, David Aaron Bornes and Nick Robert Bornes.

She is survived by: her children, Mischelle Bornes of Marion County, IN, Melissa (Brian), Grindle of Oswego, IN, Shana (Carlos), Arroyo of Goshen, IN, Jeffery (Polly) and Michael (Lina); and her sisters, Marla Keefer of Rochester, IN, Janeal (Terry) and Youngman of Frankton, IN. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
