He is survived by: his son Scott Cullison (Michelle) of Yorktown, VA; his grandchildren, Angelo, Mia, Miranda, Anthony, Luke and Samuel; his great grandchild Jonathan; and his brothers, Dr. Stephen Cullison (Margaret) of Hoffman Lake, IN, Barry Cullison (Cindy) of Etna Green, IN and Ronald Cullison (Anita) of Atlanta, GA.
