He was predeceased by: his parents, Judel Norman (Aulspaugh) and Jesse Franklin Norman; his wife Dixie Dian Harris; his daughter Linda Hile; and his great great grandchild Elaine.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Norman, Brian (Pauline), Susan (Thomas), Stephens and Laura Hill (Craig Smith). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
