Hackworth of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eddie Hackworth and Julia Hackworth (Hannah); his children, Stephen Edward Hackworth and Deborah Lynne Hurd (Gordon); his grandchildren, Alyssa Walker (Braden), Tyler, Brandon (Danielle), Emmanuel, Nathaniel, DameAnna, Kavon and Kavonte Hurd; his great grandchild Avery Ross Hurd; and his wife Linda Hackworth. He was also cherished by four sisters and one brother.
