He was predeceased by: his parents, Norvissa M. Middleton (Webster) and Gordon Edward Middleton; his former wife Doris J. Middleton; and his stepdaughter Sonja Decker. He is survived by: his brothers, Honor Flight, D. C. Roger of Washington and Lord; his wife Judith "Judy" E. Middleton; his son Dan A. (Julie); his stepdaughter Teresa Ternet; and his grandchildren, Greg Tidwell, Acasha Wilkie (Corey), Erica Edwards and William Ternet. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
