He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Elliott Bailey and Barbara Joan Bailey (Valentine). He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Rule, Rex Bailey (Helen) and Mark Bailey (Linda). He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
