Robert Herbster Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Herbster of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Lakeville, Indiana, who passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Arthur and Carrie Olive Herbster (McBride); and his siblings, Florence Weigand, Virginia Balsbaugh, Zelma Baughman and Glenn Herbster.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Blechl (James) of Granger, Sue Craig (Dan) of Warsaw, Steve Herbster (Tammy) of Middlebury and Greg Herbster (Kim) of Warsaw; his great grandchildren, David Blechl (Jenny), Katie Miller (Jeremy) and Laura Borst (Griffin); and also, James, Ryan, Elliott, Olivia, Emmarie, Luca, Anna Craig, Carrie Clark (Bill), William, Ella, Mason, Stephanie Stults (Eric), Madeline, Luke, Hallie Sue, Jessica Stemm (Nathan), Mia, Jack, Dallas, Peter, Emily Hougland (Ross), Clayton, Crew, Penelope Mae and Adam Herbster (Briley). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
A celebration of Mr. Herbster's life will be held at a future date to be announced as Covid-19 continues to slow.
