He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Ivy Jean Bayne (Hampton). He is survived by: his wife Geneva Bayne of Warsaw; his children, Cindy Martin (Richard) of Warsaw, Robert Miller (Tammi) of Warsaw and Michael Miller of Warsaw; and his sister Linda Lamb of Leesburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and a nephew.
