We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2018, at the age of 62, Richard Lowe (Warsaw, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Phil O. Lowe; and his brother-in-law Robert Semmer. He is survived by: his daughter Carly Lowe; his mother Mary Louise Lowe; and his siblings, Mike Lowe (Connie), John Lowe (Katie), Jim Lowe (Jackie), Tom Lowe (Amy), Phil Lowe (Denise), Joe Lowe, Anita Fitzgerald (Denny), Marty Altman (Owen), Susan Scheuer (Paul), Sharon Semmer and Mary Pat Wallen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
