He is survived by: his children, Suzan Higgins of Warsaw, IN and David Higgins (Amy) of Winona Lake; his grandsons, Joshua Higgins (Kylie) and Benjamin Higgins (Jessica Clark) of Denver, CO; and his sister Betty Rauth.
