He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miotto and Betty Ann Miotto (Buffo). He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Fries; his wife Debbie Miotto; his sons, Richard Miotto Jr. (Tracy), Milford and Robert Miotto; and his grandchildren, Brittney Lainez (Josh) of Warsaw, Austin Miotto (Becca) of Warsaw, Michael Miotto of Warsaw and Kaitlyn Miotto of Warsaw. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
