He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Berry (Elmzen) and Elmer Alfred Berry; and his daughter Kristen Lewinski. He is survived by: his wife Janice Berry of Warsaw, IN; his daughters, Andrea (Paul), Czerniak of Danville, IN, Michelle (Henry), Hernandez of Fishers, IN, Jennifer (Jeremy), King of Annandale, VA, Elizabeth (Alex) and Eve of Bloomfield Hills, MI; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Jake, Kelsey, Caleb, Sam, Charlie, Mallory, Luke, Aaron, Margo, Marina, Mina, Kristen and Katherine.
