He was predeceased by: his father Richard A Caldwell-Stackhouse; and his stepbrother Jeff Stackhouse (Jodi). He is survived by: his mother Jeanie Caldwell-Stackhouse (Wilson); his wife Kimberly Caldwell; his siblings, Beth Thomas (Andy), Annie Wilson, Julie Harrel (Andy), Lisa Ginaitt (Bernie) and Jim Caldwell (Jennifer); his daughters, Katie Caldwell and Mallory Keough; his son-in-law Tom Keough; his stepchildren, Brad Roberts (Mallory) and Brooke Kindig (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jaelyn, Thomas, Walker, Logan, Luke, Landon, Cash, Kasen and Richie.
