She is survived by: her husband Bruce Allan Lackey of Warsaw, IN; her daughters, Alaina (Cody), McDonald of Akron, IN and Shanai Utter (Cody) of Athens, IN; and her stepson Matt Lackey of Merriam, IN. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
