He is survived by: his wife Jeanette of Warsaw, IN; his children, Annett Gutierrez of Michigan City, IN, Lanett Lemaster of Warsaw, IN, Robert Blankenship, Vickie Reese (Blankenship) of Wasilla, AK and Rebecca Ratterree (Blankenship) of Wasilla, AK; and his brother Fred Burt (Mary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
