It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Leek of Warsaw, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Lewis and Virginia Brown (Eastham); her brothers, Melvin Lewis and Estel Lewis; her son Robert Smith; and her grandson Zeth.
She is survived by: her friend Euchre; her children, Melody Fisher (Steve) of Orland, Ind., Jack Bullers of Warsaw, Jeff Leek (Trudy) of Chapman Lake and Mark Begley of Tippecanoe, Ind.; her grandchildren, Jaden, Taylor, Makenna, Makylie, Malaina, Maranda, Craig and Chris; and her siblings, Kent Lewis of Phoenix, AZ., Mike, Rich, Robin and Amy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Menzie-Reece post of the American Legion, Post 258, 104 North 1st Street, Pierceton, IN 46562.
