He is survived by: his wife Diana Ruth Blais (Bolanos); his children, Karin Blais, Kristin Blais (Fredrik Roaldset), Bri Andersen, Jeff Blais and Ryan Blais; his grandchildren, Hannah, Nora, Maya and Veda; and his siblings, Jim (Ann), Bob (Cindy), Paul (Ann) and Marva Ann Blais.
