He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dillon Hollingsworth and Anna Mae Boyd; and his daughter Tammy Price (Craig) of Warsaw. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hollingsworth of Warsaw; and his sons, Richard Hollingsworth (Sandy) of Warsaw, David Hollingsworth of North Webster and Jon Hollingsworth of Noble County. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. 1 brother.
