He is survived by: his wife Sara Rhodes of Warsaw; his sons, John Rhodes of Canton, OH, Jeff Rhodes (Kelly) of Brookston, IN, Jerry Rhodes (Elizabeth) of Canton, OH and Jay Rhodes (Stacy) of North Webster, IN; and his siblings, Peggy Minear (Hal) of North Webster and Jerry Rhodes (Julia).
