He was predeceased by: his parents, Nalli Subramanyam and Aliceamma; his sister-in-law Evangeline Nalli Rao; and his niece Sudha Nalli Rao. He is survived by: his wife Beulah S. Rao; his children, Jyothi Weaver (Trent), Teja Rao (Beulah Elizabeth) and Havilah Yoby (Trent); his grandchildren, Caleb, Moriah, Nathan, Leah, Hannah (Weaver), Grace, Matthew (Rao), Andrew and Ethan (Yoby); and his brother Shubhaker Rao (Hannah).

Due to current COVID-19 recommendations, masks are required.
