He is survived by: his wife Vickey Dulworth (Himes); his children, Jarred Dulworth (Erica) of North Manchester, Joshua Dulworth (Ashley) of Warsaw, Christopher Dulworth of Cookeville, TN, Anita Moore of Warsaw and Tracy Cotton (Michael); and his siblings, Richard Dulworth of Warsaw, Hubert Dulworth (Kerri) of Crossville, TN, Debra Carter of Overton, TN and Peggy Elliott of Warsaw. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
