He was predeceased by: his grandmother Joann McCord of Warsaw. He is survived by: his parents, Terry McCord of Warsaw and Cheryl Pitts (Heeter) of Mentone; his friend Mike; his children, Maya, Sarah, Sage, Samantha, Mikey Jr., Ellianna, Ethan and Emberlee; his siblings, Phillip McCord of Pierceton, Melissa Shaw of Claypool and Morgan Spicer (Geremy) of Greenville, OH; and his stepsister Megan Cromes of Bradford, OH. He is also survived by extended family and several nieces and nephews.
