He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Kelly (Hire) and Harry Boone Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Kelly; his children, David Kelly, Daniel Kelly (Cynthia) and Debra Ohkawa (Katsuhiro); and his brother Robert Perry Kelly.
