It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael James Huntine of Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father-in-law David Potts; and his grandparents, James Huntine, Sr., Edwin and Rita Konkol. He is survived by: his parents, James Huntine and Margaret Huntine (Konkol) of Columbia City; his wife Morgan Huntine of Warsaw; his daughters, Emersyn and Brielle Huntine of Warsaw; his grandmother Theresa Huntine of Fort Wayne; his brother Andrew Huntine (Jackie Pennington) of Justin, TX; his sisters-in-law, Alexis Popenfoose (Kody) of South Whitley, Brooklyn Potts (Seaver Rothwell) of Ohio and Kendra Sumpter of Warsaw; and his mother-in-law Paula Keim of Warsaw. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeMoney Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery (421 N Maple Ave, Warsaw, IN 46580).
Memorial contributions in memory of Michael may be made to Morgan Huntine towards Emersyn and Brielle Huntine Education Fund.
