He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pavlick and Rose "Rosie" Pavlick (Columbus); and his significant other Judy O'Brien. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Seitz (David) of Marion and Denise Pavlick of Indianapolis, IN; his great grandchildren, Companion and Dorothy Marvell of Muncie, IN; his stepchildren, Jerry O'Brien of Ashley, IN, Kerry O'Brien of Indianapolis, IN and Sherry Dalton (Jeff) of Hastings, MI; his nephew Buddy Jones; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
