He was predeceased by: his father Constantino Rocha. He is survived by: his wife Maria Moctezuma; his daughter Juana Murillo (Carlos); and his siblings, Mariano, Nohemit, Proceso, Miguel, Joel, Blanca, Rosario, Guadalupe and Leoncia. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
