She is survived by: her husband Terry Head; her sons, Jeff Head (Laurie) and Brian Head; her grandchildren, Ryan Head of Warsaw, Brandon Head of Indy, Brooke Schmerber (Steven) of Warsaw, Austin Head of Warsaw and Cameron Head of Warsaw; and her siblings, Joe Hively (Rosemary) of Longview, Sheila Bays of South Whitley, Dixie Shaw (Melvin) of Warsaw and Lois Blanton of Warsaw.
