She was predeceased by: her spouse Phil O. Lowe; and her son Richard Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lowe (Connie), John Lowe (Katy), Anita Fitzgerald (Dennis), James Lowe (Jackie), Marty Altman (Owen), Susan Scheuer (Paul), Sharon Semmer (late Robert), Thomas Lowe (Amy), Mary Pat Wallen, Phil Lowe (Denise) and Joseph Lowe; and her sister Judy Hipskind.
