She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Ann Byer and Lockhart; her husband Lester A. Phipps; her daughter Brenda K. Phipps; and her siblings, Eugene Byer, Herbert Byer, Jr., Robert Byer, Betty Wolfe and Katherine Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Sells (Patrick) of Peoria, AZ and Leslie G. Phipps (Deb) of Leesburg; and her grandchildren, Juliana Davila (Jesus) of Fort Wayne, Jason Sells (Amaicia) of Texas, Kassidy Phipps (Terra) of Rochester and Shalee Phipps of Wabash. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
