She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Tam) of Pierceton and Sandy Burnworth (Bill) of Pierceton; her grandchildren, Jason and Jerett; her great grandchildren, Mariah, Madison, Hunter, Austin and Ayla; her great great grandchildren, Leighton and Maylee; and her sisters, Lois Kline, Peggy Kimmerling, Nancy Patrick and Kay Snyder.
