She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason "Mace" Allen and Ida Pearl Holloway (Matthews); her husband Rodger Phillips; and her goddaughter Rose Ann Clair (Makemson). She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Phillips (Donna) of Warsaw and Larry Phillips (Jaria) of Syracuse; her grandsons, Larry McAfoose (Tina), Trent Gordon (Tanya), Scott Phillips (Denise Cave) and Dan Vadasz (Lori); her great grandchildren, Adam Hunsberger, Kayla Hunsberger, Bradley Gordon, Aryn Phillips and Adrian Vadasz; and her godson Mike Makemson. She is also survived by three great- great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
